And so to give you some specific examples in Wisconsin, the election is run by the county clerk. And every state’s a little different, but that’s the basic idea. The second strike comes with a two-week ban. The first strike comes with a one-week ban from posting content. In addition to the War Room channel, YouTube said it took down another channel associated with Bannon.
